This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order back in February 2025, and after months of back-and-forth emails, delays, and excuses, I still ended up with the wrong size and no proper resolution. I originally ordered a size 8 AU — which was clearly shown in my order and confirmed in all the screenshots I sent them — but they randomly sent me a size Large without asking or informing me. When I contacted them, their customer service was slow, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a refund, they blamed me for not reading product reviews and claimed their sizes run small. That’s not how customer service or professional online retail should work. To make it worse, they expected me to pay for the return of the wrong item they sent, and refused to process a refund. After four months, I’m left with a product I can’t use, wasted time, and total disappointment. Save yourself the stress — I honestly wouldn’t recommend Loreta to anyone. Shopping online shouldn’t be this hard, and no one should be treated like this after spending their money.

Dress was sent out pretty fast. The dress is nicer quality than i expected, the only minor issue is that the zip is hard to get up past seam cross points as its an invisible zipper (which means its sown in as close to the seams as possible to hide it). I just have to have someone help do the dress up til it loosens a little.

I LOVED this dress. I’d been searching for weeks on end for a dress for my elopement in November. And being in a hurry to find the perfect dress for a courthouse wedding is tough. When I came across this dress on Loreta it ticked all the boxes for me. I wanted an off-shoulder with delicate lace sleeves and a slight mermaid train that was still appropriate for a registry ceremony. This dress met those expectations for me and I just about cried when I found it — however! There was just one problem. I’m usually a size 10 in dresses as long as it has some stretch & give to it. I understood this is fitted but I still assumed it’d fit me with no issues, maybe just a little tight. Upon receiving it, I could only zip up about half way. I am still devastated. I called a tailor who said she probably wouldn’t be able to size it up, the lace is too pretty and delicate to work with. So I ended up heading back to the post office yesterday to return it. I read all the reviews (and also had my fiancé help me with measuring myself) which most of them said to size up, but size 12’s were sold out. I guess I got optimistic and thought the 10 would fit me. I’m gutted, truly gutted. I’ve found another dress since (not on Loreta unfortunately!) and made sure to properly check measurements this time. I still look forward to hopefully getting a store credit but wish Loreta did refunds. Absolutely perfect dress for my elopement & I wish things turned out differently. Thank you Loreta

I purchased another dress (Lucy) in size 6 but it was a bit small on me. I returned it and chose another in size 8. The dress was beautiful and quality was better than expected. I am short so the dress is a bit long but other than that it's a beautiful dress!

Beautiful dress and looked gorgeous in my photos. I purchased for my daughters christening but actually shortened it as I thought it was a bit too bridal. Also The sleeves were a bit tight

I love the dress, my sister in law bought it for me for my birthday a size 12 but it was small around my chest. I exchange it and it is still tight around the chest and big every where else. I’m usually a size 10 depending on the make. It’s a shame that the size does not match my body shape.

This dress is very true to size. im a 12 AU size just, so i went 14 cause of reviews regarding the tightness of the sleeves. Glad i went the 14. It was a great fit. looked stunning and i felt pretty.

This dress is so gorgeous, The delivery was fast with express shipping, quality is so good and the lace is more beautiful when you see it in real. Photos don’t do justice, I got so many compliments when I wore it. I had picked this dress for my parents’ silver jubilee. Get this dress if you really wish to stand out in a crowd. The only downside is that the sleeves were a bit tight so go one size up just for more comfort if you want to be dancing whole night :) would definitely order from here again.

Beautiful dress! For me, the only downside is the bust cup is too big, probably about C cup size for 6AU, but again that problem could only be for me.

That one photo tells it all. I would give 5 stars if the wire inside the (bra of the dress) didnt come off. Overall it was a perfect fit. My daughter stand out of the crowd. Those are my 10 kids. Forgot fo take a photo of just her. Thanks Loretta

I really liked the dress as it looked really pretty and was a perfect fit for me. I got many compliments when wearing it. My only complaint is that I feel that the material is a bit too thin for the price and the lace at the bottom isn't as flared as it looks on the website. But other than that, it was great.

Got lots of compliments on this dress. Felt glamorous in it. Only downside was i found that the invisible zip kept sticking and the side seams did not align which made the dress twist which was a down side for comfort.

I am so happy with the Romance dress. I'm getting married next year and this is going to be my wedding dress.
