By ordering from LORETA you agree to the following returns policy.
We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from LORETA. You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.
We accept returns on all items including; sale items, items on promotion, regular priced items & swimwear.
5 quick steps to return your purchase
Step 1. A returns form is provided with each order, please check your package. If you lost the returns form, email us: email@example.com & request a returns form
Step 2. Mail back your goods along with the returns form to: LORETA P.O BOX 1455 WERRIBEE PLAZA WERRIBEE VIC 3030
Step 3. Allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed from the date your package was delivered to us. (I.e if your return was delivered on Monday, it will be processed by Friday) Please allow up to 5 business days to pass before requesting an update from customer care.
Step 4. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from returns team to notify you of the store credit or exchange.
(If you have purchased gift wrap option, please do NOT return the gift box when returning your order.)
If you require an urgent exchange, please repurchase the item again. (Please note: a store credit will still be issued for the 1st initial order being returned)
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the required size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
Australia: 14-Day Window from Successful Delivery. Please ensure that your return is delivered to us within 14 days from the date of successful delivery. Returns received outside of this designated period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
New Zealand/Worldwide customers have a 30-Day Window from Successful Delivery.

If the goods are faulty and we are not able to fix or replace the items, a refund will be given. If the item can be replaced or fixed, we will do so at our own cost. If a replacement is no longer required, a 120% store credit will be issued.
You must email us photos of the fault(s) prior to returning your order.
Returns will not be accepted if:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your return has been processed.

Please include a new AUSPOST prepaid satchel with your return, these can be purchased online or over the counter from AUSPOST.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
