This Service is Available from 6pm Friday until Sunday late evening. Place your order online, and receive a delivery to your door same day/within a few hours. There is a $30.00 charge for this service.
We deliver from Friday evening until Sunday evening. This service is ideal for last-minute function/events - we deliver until midnight Fri/Sat/Sun.

You will receive a confirmation email from LORETA to confirm that your order has been placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order.
Tracking should update within 1-2 working days.

Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame, or/and provide the correct mailing may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a $14 surcharge will incur. This is the cost australia post charges us, when a package is returned back to the sender.
If you are not home to accept your package, Australia Post may leave a card in your letterbox detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office.
Any item that is "Pre-Order" will arrive generally between 1-2 months from the receipt of your order. Pre-order items are generally popular high demand items, or items that require extensive manufacturing process. We, therefore, can only give you an estimated time frame. If your order has pre-order items, your whole order won't be dispatched until the pre-order items are in stock.
