I’m in NZ and our postal service is very slow right now due to lockdowns so it arrived the day before, which was no hassle. But, I ordered a size 10, but the tag says LARGE? If I order a 10 I would like to receive a 10, and I thought a 10 would equate to a medium at best! I’m hoping to get it altered

I ordered this dress for my Engagement party after having my eye on it for forever. I am normally between a 10-12 in sizing and ordered a size 12 as the description says it's a snug fit. When my dress arrived, the tag said XL (no reference to numerical sizing) and was on the loose side. I thought it may have been sent as a 14 by mistake as I've never seen a size 12 equate to an XL before. I emailed Loreta TWICE asking them to clarify the sizing and never received any response. Sadly I had to find another outfit to wear and this dress is still sitting in my wardrobe untouched. I didn't bother returning as the customer service experience was already disappointing, I will have to take it to a tailor to get altered to fit before being able to wear.

Gorgeous dress! I'd been eyeing it off for ages to wear to a wedding. Bought it, got locked down in Melbourne for a third time so couldn't wear it but it is divine! The quality is fabulous for the price. It is more of an orange/red though whereas on the website it looks more blue/red. Tones beautifully with rose gold! Purchased the dress on Tuesday afternoon and paid $18 for next day delivery. Was unsure of size so wanted that buffer in case i needed to size up. Only received dress today (Friday). Called the customer service team on Thursday and was advised the would follow up with Australia post and call back. Still waiting for that call! I asked for a refund on the postage and was advised that I’d still need to pay the $10 for delivery. Unbelievable!!

The dress fits like a glove. The only small fault I could pick on the dress would be the buttons top on the halter neck part. They look a little cheap. Covered buttons would of been a better match.
