We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from LORETA. You may return most new, un worn items within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

If you need to return an item, simply send an email to help@loreta.com.au & request a returns form.

Your return will be processed within 7 days. We'll notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Please note that during promotional and sale periods order dispatch timeframes may be longer than specified above. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, this email will include all tracking details relating to your online order.
